DIRECTIONS:

Take the Northway, I87, to the New York State Thruway, I87, to I84 East to Danbury. The SpringHill Suites hotel is off Exit 2 on I84. To get to the pool, take exit 3, Route 7, Norwalk. The YMCA is 13 miles south, on your left. Total driving distance to the YMCA from Glens Falls is 198 miles.
